Founded in 1996 , Yulon Apparel has evolved from a small straw hat workshop into Dongyang Yulon Apparel Co., Ltd. , a trusted name in headwear and accessories manufacturing. With over 30 years of expertise, we now operate two manufacturing bases in Cixi and Jinhua, Zhejiang Province.

Our Factory
Our facility spans 5,000 square meters and houses a dedicated team of 80+ skilled professionals . The factory is organized into three specialized workshops — Raw Materials, Hat Bodies, and Finished Products — plus a dedicated knitwear production line. Equipped with machines, high-head machines, and pressing equipment, we manage every step in-house: cutting, sewing, embroidery, printing, pressing, and packaging , and annual output reaches 10 million pieces .
We specialize in the R&D, design, production, and sale of straw hats , knit beanies , woven bags , bucket hats , baseball caps , and more. Our products span a wide range of materials, techniques, and styles to meet diverse customer needs, with full customization services available across all product lines.
Straw Hats: Crafted from natural paper straw, raffia, and wheat straw through 28 meticulous steps, including laser engraving, heat transfer, and vintage wash finishes.
Knit Beanies: Made from Australian Merino wool, organic cotton, and recycled polyester, using 12-14 gauge computerized flat knitting machines for seamless, lightweight warmth.
Our quality and social responsibility are verified by BSCI , SEDEX , and ISO 9001 certifications. All products comply with EU REACH and U.S. CPSIA standards. We proudly export to over 80 countries and regions across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia.
